New Construction Cleaning

NEW CONSTRUCTION CLEANING CHECK LIST

 

FIRST CLEAN:

  • Remove all garbage throughout house
  • Vacuum all air vents with brush attachment
  • Shop vac all loose items from floors throughout house
  • Shop vac inside of all cabinets, closets, basement etc.
  • Wash all countertops, sinks, front of cabinets, doors etc.(Use Goof Off  if necessary)
  • Be sure to remove all sheetrock, paint and anything else that sloppy contractors leave on floors, countertops, doors and any other surface in the home(Use Goof Off  if necessary)
  • Be sure to leave plastic or paper or what ever else is on the floor to walk on

 

FINAL CLEAN:

  • Wash all windows inside and out and remove all stickers
  •  Wash all windowsills
  • Completely scrub bathrooms including tub, shower, sinks, countertops, inside cabinets, closets,  light fixtures(Use goof off if necessary)
  • Completely scrub kitchens, including countertops, backsplash, sink, inside and out of cabinets, on top of all cabinets, fronts of all appliances and wash floor
  • Vacuum all carpeting and wash all floors throughout home
  • If there is a fireplace vac it out and clean outside
  • Clean and sweep garage
