Having performed a thorough initial cleaning of your home, or office our team will have seen first hand the kind of service your home will require. This allows us to then provide you with a set rate of Regulary Scheduled Maintenance Services; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, or on call. Flexibility to meet your needs is our objective.

KITCHENS

Feather dust ceiling and wall junctions, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, blinds and window sills
Disinfect and Clean sink
Clean window over sink
Clean appliance exteriors including top, front and sides of refrigerator
Clean inside and outside of microwave
Disinfect and Clean range top
Disinfect and Wipe cabinet doors
Disinfect and Clean counters
Load dishwasher and/or wash dishes
Dust any shelving or decorative items
Windex any and all pictures, including frames
Canister vacuum and wash all flooring

BEDROOMS

Feather dust ceiling and wall junctions, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, blinds and window sills

Change linens or make beds

Straighten up rooms
Polish furniture removing items on the furniture to dust them and put them back into place
Vacuum carpets and floors
Vacuum floors, moving anything less than 40 lbs (chairs, ottomans, laundry hampers etc.)
Empty trash
Special Requests are Never a Problem

BATHROOMS

Feather dust ceiling and wall junctions, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, blinds and window sills
Clean countertops (and anything on counters)and sinks
Clean and disinfect tubs, including tub surround
Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out, including the tank and the base
Clean showers, including shower doors and tracts
Wash fronts of all cabinets
Dust any shelving or decorative items
Windex all mirrors and pictures
Wash baseboards
Wash the floor on hands and knees

LIVING AREAS

Feather dust ceiling and wall junctions, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, blinds and window sills
Polish all furniture, including the top, front, sides and legs of all furniture
Dusting anything on the furniture
Straighten all rooms ( toys, couch pillows, newspapers, etc.)
Vacuum all carpeted areas moving anything less than 40 lbs.
Vacuum and lift all area rugs
Clean all hardwood floor surfaces and wait until dry before placing rugs back
Clean entry & patio door windows
Look for any hand prints or spills made by “little ones” and wash as needed
Remove all trash throughout the home
